About the Guest:
Dr. Adina Isebelle Ravenswood is an experienced Doctor of Pharmacy, specializing in all issues pertaining to women’s health. Realizing that pharmacy offers only a narrow range of wellness options, she found a way to expand the healing that many women today are seeking. Adina focuses on teaching women about their inner cycles and the cycles of the natural world that affect them each and every day. In our patriarchal society, humans are expected to live by the 24 hour sun cycle (masculine) and essentially ignore the 29 ish day moon cycle (feminine). She believes a balance is needed for all, and wants all women to understand that they have 4 distinct phases and superpowers every month. Adina also teaches regular belly dance classes to help women inhabit their bodies more fully and love themselves, just as they are. You can connect with Adina on Facebook at Adina Isebelle Ravenswood for more information about classes and programs, and at blissbellydance.com. To get a copy of “Know Your Flow: Power Your Period / Moon Mentor”, a one page guide to the four phases that you can use right away, whether you’re still in your bleeding years or you’ve gone through menopause, please visit poweryourperiod.com, or send Adina an email ([email protected]).
